  • How soon can you deliver my order?

We deliver your order within 2-4 working days.

  • Do you have a range of delivery timing?

PerroMart delivers Mondays - Fridays, 2pm-10pm. Please indicate above if you prefer your order to be delivered during or after office hours and we will try our best to fulfill.

  • Is delivery free?

Yes, delivery is free anywhere in Singapore if you spend above $25. 

  • When will my order be processed?

If the customer places an order before 8 AM, the order is processed on the same working day.

  • In the event, if I'm not at home to collect the order, what should I do? 

If you are not at home to collect the item, the driver will give you a call or a text to schedule a redelivery or ask if you would like to leave it at your doorstep, however, Perromart is not liable for any loss of packages if you opt to leave it at your doorstep.

  • Why are our prices lower than other retail/ online stores?

We would want all dogs to consume quality dog food at an affordable price. Besides we are dog owners too! Feeding our dogs with quality food shouldn’t break the bank!

  • Are we allowed to request for samples of dog food?

Definitely! You may order the samples over at the sample page here! In the event that the sample you requested is out of stock, we will hold your order until it is in stock. 

  • What is your payment mode?

We Debit/Credit cards, Paypal and Bank Transfer!

  • Do I need a Paypal account to make payment?

No, you can check out as a guest once you are through to the Paypal payment gateway.

  • Do you accept cash on delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not accept cash on delivery. But we do accept Bank Transfer. Check below for more information!

  • How do I order via bank transfer?

For all bank transfer orders, please note that it may take 1-2 days extra to process the payment. 

Click on the bank deposit icon as shown above and follow the steps once you have received an email confimation! 

 

  • Do you accept refund/exchange?

Unfortunately, we do not accept any refund. However, we would make an exchange if the product is deemed to be defective by our team. Exchange of products is considered on a case-by-case basis, only valid within 14 days after purchase. There will be a recollection fee imposed ($10) for every delivery address.

  • I was able to check out the item, but is it in stock?

We keep most of our products in the warehouse and once you place your order, we will check with the warehousing team whether the item is in stock. Else, we will place an order with the supplier.

For orders that are out of stock, we will inform you via WhatsApp or call and let you know the earliest estimated date of arrival or a replacement that best suits your dog needs!

In the event where the item is discontinued and you do not want any replacement, a refund will be issued. (Assessed by case-by-case basis)
