I don't think it can clean tear stains, just simple cleaning around the eyes

My cat has extremely teary eyes, as he has a slightly blocked tear duct. After using this to clean his eyes, his eye discharge got mucusy, and he caught an infection. Would recommend using saline (NaCl) and cotton pad to clean your cats' eyes instead. Worked much better for me!

It does its job. Keeps my puppy eyes clean. But the nozzle is very small and really hard to pull out the wipes. The wipes does not come out easily so now I just open the cap & pull out the wipes from there.

A little hard to pull but does the job.
