Initially, was quite wary about the size of the kibbles, because one of my cats doesn't chew his food very well. But he has been more careful since and all three of my cats seems to love the food.

The kibbles are slightly bigger that the usual ones that my cats ate... but i can see improvement in 1 of my cat's breath
Nothing beats brushing your cats' teeth, but this is an option if you leave food out at night

So many cats suffer silently from poor dental health whether they are on a dry, wet, or raw food diet. And evidence has shown that dental and gum diseases has led to heart, kidney, and other issues. So this should not replace brushing their teeth. That said, the kibble size is pretty big - about 3 times the size of regular kibble. The cats took a while to try it, probably due to the size. I leave this out overnight after brushing their teeth.
