Don’t find it useful in covering my cats litter odor.

Have been using this for long time. Great product that does what it suppose to do. Bought the big bottle as it is more value for money.

Received the defective product on 29/13 and emailed Immediately but only gotten a reply almost a week later 4/1. Called the hotline on 2/1 about the defect and your side said will arrange someone to come for direct exchange on Monday 4/1. 4/1 - nobody turned up. Received your email on 4/1 and they mentioned next 2 working days for exchange. I would expect 5/1 or latest 6/1 for someone to come. But nope. Nobody turned up. Super bad recovery. It’s ok, you can lose me as your customer. WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN:

used it on a carpet and odour was gone! hard to tell about the stain since carpet is multi-coloured but no visible stains

My adopted dog never had toilet issues at home. But i tried it outside and it does work fine.
