Compared to other puree cat treats, some cats may not prefer this

My cat loves this puree, both milk and bonito flavoured but does not like when it is frozen. But I discovered it contains carageenan, which may not be good for my cat who is just disgnosed with IBD / lymphoma.

Brought this for my friend's cat, who went nuts for it. My own cat walked away from it, but he seems to be the exception.
