My new adopted cat eats this

Cat ate for first 2 weeks. But subsequent month noticed stools become watery or diarrhoea with some blood. Cat doesn't like and prefer digestive ID. May not be good for her digestive system or stomach. Noticed a layer of oil when food is placed on a tissue paper. Lots of oil stain. Wonder if it is good grade.

My cat likes this. Everytime I top up the food, he will run over to eat it immediately.

My cats have been eating the new food well till now.. but I still see my cats coughing out their hairball. So I'm unsure how long will the effectiveness work on my cats
