Firstly the delivery took very very long. I ordered the food on 18th April. Received it on the 30th. I wrote in on the 23rd to inform them to please send me the items soon because I’m running out of food. No reply. My food ran out, my dogs were on home cooked meals for 4 days. Then few days later they changed the status to “contacted by agent” - no one contacted me. I wrote in again, no reply again. Next, they mentioned there’s a free cushion with purchase of medium or large bags of food. They did not deliver the cushion. I wrote in, once again, no reply. Not going to ever buy from perromart again. What a stressful experience.
