Delivery was fast but free gift was not included. When I emailed, customer service offered $1 for next purchase. Coupon also came with a time limit. When a free gift is promised, as a customer. I am not interested in the $1 coupon - the free gift to me as a customer is akin to the company promise to deliver. Is this promise to deliver only worth $1? Company should attempt to fulfill its promise rather than offer a $1 coupon!!! Absolutely unprofessional .

Basically a gigantic bag of the Hills pet food. Plus they deliver to your doorstep. What's not to like?

This is my second time ordering the 12kg bag and the size of the kibble is just nice for my 7 mth old maltipoo. The bag that was delivered had a hole in it and kibble had dropped out of the bag and all over the front of my door when it was delivered. But I wrote an email to Perromart and they arranged to have the bag exchanged the very next day so it all worked out fine.
