My kitty allows me to brush her teeth with it (surprisingly). Haven't tried it with toothpaste yet though.

My dog still refuses to let me put anything in her mouth including this. It does feel soft

Bristles are nice and soft. But it keeps slipping off the finger somehow.

i used it on my cat, brushed their teeth and my finger came out unscathed.

This brush is a little big for my maltipoo. She hates to get her teeth brushed, and thus hates it when we try to put it in her mouth. Wish me more luck with her toothbrushing.
