A big question on authenticity of product

I bought this three weeks ago, and I have been using this for my dog regularly. I can’t see the difference or changes on my dog, in fact it is getting more brown hair near to the eyes. I am now checking on the packaging and it is not showing the same products as promoted on the website. (see photos) The packaging seems to be DIY, and it is not clear what is the product they are giving me. Perromart, please check on this. It is disappointing to a new customer like us, and please clarify are you giving the same product as stated in the website. More importantly, if it is not a right product, please do exchange or return or refund. This message may be hidden in your website, but I hope that you can keep your integrity, and value customer feedback.

I used it twice daily to clean my puppy eye area, followed by the Eye stain powder. V safe and fuss-free method and I can control the amount to use.

It did lighten the stain, have to apply with eye stain powder as well

We have been using the Eye Envy powder for awhile but it hasn't been helping due to her stains and severe tearing. The solution helps to work on the stains and my dog is now looking much better. A little bit goes a long way. Do note this is not a solution to cure tear stains, but an aesthetic tool to help remove it only.
Doesnt sting eye

Applied this on my puppy which struggles a lot but it doesnt sting her eye which is good for active puppies who cant keep still
