Our cats had ear infections and so we bought the size small - they actually managed to kick it off a couple of times, and our smaller cat got so stressed out after 5 minutes of having it on that we took it off. She vomited directly after. It's soft, easy to inflate, and it fits, but it's not for us. We'll be sticking to the plastic cone.

My corgi was able to reach his hind legs, probably because his body is longer.
Good and lightweight

Neck cushion is very lightweight and doesnt feel too heavy for my pup even though she still hates it. But as my pup is a dachshund with a long body, she still managed to lick herself at the back with the cushion on.

My dog was spayed so I got this for her to prevent her from scratching/licking her stitches. I found that this was way better than the plastic cone because my dog could scratch her ears and lick her paws, which made her more comfortable as compared to the latter. My dog also seemed to enjoy it more as she slept on this e-collar like a pillow.
