The lavender scent is too strong. My cat did not care to poop in it (he held it in), although he did pee in it. Am I able to get a refund/exchange?

This is the only cat litter that does'nt smell and it really clumps very well. I have bought several bags already plus it really lasts a long long time. Definitely worth the switch to this.
