Product is good and affordable. Not my 1st purchase. However, delivery is very slow. Supposed to take 3 to 7 days but it took 1 month to be delivered to me. I tried to email for an exchange but no one get back to me. After multiple emails, still no answer. Extremely disappointed with the service. I had to order from another reseller and they delivered within few days. If no stock, the least you could do is send me an email for exchange or reply to my email. This is the 1st time it happened. For all my past orders, i have no issue.

Since changing to this brand of litter I've never looked anywhere else. My cat is really fussy when it comes to the type of litter we use. Once we tried tofu and she hated that. So much so that she ended up doing her business in the flower pots! haha. But since moving to this, she's been a happy kitty. And no overwhelming smells too. It clumps quick making it easy to clean and it masks the smell (provided the kitty covers it completely). All in all, good brand.
