The original one took my dog about 20 mins to finish so I thought this would be a better size for her. It looks less than half of the original but because it’s tiny and easy to bite through, my dog finished it in 1 minute. I think I’ll stick to the bigger ones in the future. Would be nice if there was a midpoint. Packaging needs to be improved. The tear away zipper doesn’t tear away easily. I ended up using a scissors to cut through it. And then the ziplock wasn’t glued to the bag properly, so my chews are now without a ziplock bag.

My dogs loved it. HOWEVER, their service standards have been extremely terrible since mid last year. Vouchers instead of a cash refund issued by the CS to me are not usable and since 28th Feb, have expired. They've been unresponsive to both my calls and emails. There's been hundreds of customers complaints of late as well. Orders were not fulfilled, unresponsive to both calls and emails, refusal to give refunds. Police reports made as well. I give 5 stars* for product rating but 0 star* for service.
