My most preferred kibble food for my adult SG Special. She had a tough earlier life before adoption so she tends to swallow whole very quickly if kibbles are too small or too big. I had witnessed her vomit Wellness kibbles totally undigested after hours and felt guilty I was feeding her wrongly. Will continue to buy Alps Natural for its affordable price plus no negative effects on my pawpy Daughter. But my negative feedback is on delivery. Deliveryman was not so terrible to block me from opening my front gate with a 13kg bag of kibbles (ordered with canned food and dental chews). I left a written comment and told him at my door my dog barks but will never bite anyone. He loudly shouted at me, "We are scared!!!" Beyond my limited comprehension cos for one, I kept tracing my order to check on delivery update from 15-18Feb. Nothing via email nor after online log in. Secondly, we as dog owners will never let our dogs loose if we knew they bite. Moreover if a 40-50+yo big sized Chinese man is afraid of dogs, why work for a pet supplies merchant? Lastly, who would be accountable if my order in 2 packages were disposed/taken away if I was not at home? Very unpleasant experience with Perromart (nothing to do with product per se) and not recommended until merchant addresses such delivery issues.
