Bought this brand as regular brand not available. My senior dog wolfs its down.

My dog has been enjoying the 1.8kg pack with mainly due to the tiny kibbles for months. Until I decided to change it to 13kg, requesting for repacked into smaller bags. As reviewed by other buyers too, the kibble size for 13kg is indeed alot more huge than its original size. Which i requested for an exchange. Photos of both kibbles have been sent over. CS acknowledged i have receive a defacted bag, and will be doing an exchange with same request seperate bags. I receive the exchange and its the exactly same "defacted" bag with the huge kibbles. Another exchange was arranged. Same thing! It came back the same. And my question was, you guys did the repacking into smaller transparent bags, there were no excuse or reasons that you guys are not aware. I pointed it out the QC team or communications have to be improved. 3rd exchanged occurs and its still the same... Been repeating the process over and over, taking photo of the kibbles, send over, wait for exchange... 4th exchanged occurs again and its still the same kibble size... I gave up. Accepted their unprofessional QC team as i believe nothing will be changed. They will just send me a new pack on every exchange, praying that i will receive the original correct bag, rather than doing one additional steps of confirming the SIZES DURING THE REPACKING, before sending out again and again. The kibbles itself are good my dog loves it. Just the service...
