When I ordered this, the promotion indicated was buy-1-get-1 free. I even confirmed the promotion with Perromart Instagram before making the purchase. However, I was shocked to see only one pack was delivered to me instead of 2 packs (since it's buy-1-get-1-free). When I first clarified with Perromart, the customer service officer told me that there was no such promotion as buy-1-get-1 free. The promotion was changed to buy 2 at $59.90 after I had made the purchase. Thank goodness I had the confirmation with Perromart Instagram and used the screenshot to prove to them that the promotion had changed after I made the purchase. Thankfully, they agree to either refund half of the purchase price or give me the second free packet in accordance with the promotion that I had purchased under. I chose the former. I also learnt my lesson that I must get confirmation in writing or screenshot the promotion prior to purchase. Otherwise, they could always change the promotion the next day on their website and claimed that the promotion that I had purchased under had never existed. In terms of the food, my dogs are happy with it so far. As they had just started on the food, I couldn't see whether it has resulted in any improvement on the skin condition for their sensitive skin so far.

I have good experience with this brand's sentive stomach formula so decided to buy this to give it a try too. My dog has begun to experience skin irritations since early this year so I hope by incorporating this into her diet it will improve

Switched to Diamond Care Sensitive Skin formula for my Bulldog with itching issues. . She seems to be liking it and will even eat it plain without any addition of meat. Her bowel movements have improved tremendously and as no more diarrhea. Will monitor her itch and see how she's reacting since its been only a week since we switched.

My Cavapoo seems to lick her paws lesser. Will continue to buy this ...
