Great product

So far the best and most affordable soya litter around. Pellets are solid and does not crumble easily like Nama's. Charcoal conceals the smell well if the poop is covered.
Clumps well

Highly recommend! Clumps well. Masks odour pretty well. Minimal tracking and not dusty!
Not all its cracked up to be

I really liked it at first but over time it got worse and worse. At first, it does cover smells well and is dust free. But as your cat continues to use it, pee clumps WILL break apart into pieces too small for the scoop to catch. Much of it will also dissolve into very fine dust that's very difficult and tedious to separate from the litter. It will also lose its ability to neutralize smells. The product itself has a scent (even the charcoal one), so the fragrance just mixes with the poop smell without neutralizing it. I've noticed a VERY significant reduction in air quality from the dust (and smell, but mostly the dust) from this litter. I do not have allergies but this litter is causing a lot of irritation in my sinuses, even with windows open all day in a very well-ventilated room. The shape of the litter doesn't suit most litter scoops, so it takes a bit more effort to get un-clumped litter to fall through the scoop. Poop can also smear on the other pieces that don't stick to the poop. You'll have to pick this out one by one, which becomes an impossible (or extremely tedious) task as your cat continues to use it. Even if the charcoal helps neutralize smells, all the poop-stained pieces left have left the entire litter with a poop smell. The shape/size also contributes to the noise. It is VERY loud and sounds similar to gravel when being dug. On top of the sound of the litter moving against each other, if your cat is an enthusiastic digger, it is very loud when hitting the sides of a litterbox as your cat kicks it around. Your cat can absolutely still track the litter out of the box. The pieces are easier to clean up than regular litter because of the larger size, but it absolutely isn't track-free. There are pieces all over, even on the other side of the room. Note that all these issues came about after just using it for two weeks. It's been a month now and it's just continued to get worse over time. It just disintegrates so easily, and there comes a point when the poop-stained pieces and pee clumps that have broken apart can't be picked out anymore cause there's too many. This litter isn't cheap. These problems can maybe be minimized if you fully replace your litter every couple of weeks but that's a ridiculous amount of waste. Given all of that, I would not purchase this again. I could live with the smell and the other hassles, but all the dust in the air will probably cause health problems down the line. I cannot emphasize how easily the clumps dissolve and break apart. There weren't any helpful reviews when I was deciding to purchase this litter. I hope mine will be of some help to you if you're still deciding whether you should buy this litter or not.

One of my favourite for cat litter. Clumps easily and easy to keep the litter tray clean.
Transitioning to tofu
Feb 12, 2021, ST
Have been using silica crystal litter for the past 8 years. Want to change to tofu as it has less dust and easier to clean up (tofu does not crumble when stepped on, unlike silica crystals). Currently mixing it into my silica to help finicky cat transition.
Best litter ever
