Perromart has a platform that does not respond to customer within 3 days and I have ordered the 8kg pack and spent $100+ on it but the order status still remain as “ordered” after the promised delivery within 2-6 working days. Hotline does not work, email they don’t respond. How can customers like us be protected? Would be making a police report if they don’t respond and I’ll boycott this platform afterwards.
