I have received notification on May 4th that my order has been delivered but it is now May 14th (10 days later) and I have yet to receive the products. I have tried to contact the customer service - no one responded to my online query and the lady whom I contacted over the phone promised to check with the delivery person but never got back.

Have stuck to this brand from the time my dog was a pup. Satisfied with the nutrition and my dog likes it too. He eats without a fuss.
