My kitten prefers this box to the usual litter tray. I think it's because it affords him some privacy. The top comes off easily for cleaning. The box came with black scratches on the top which is why I'm not giving it 5 stars.

My cat only uses this for about 2 weeks and then he started pee-ing and pooping outside the box instead. Cleaned the box thoroughly and he refuses to use the covered litter box. Such a waste cause it was a good 2 weeks with no obvious stink lingering as it is covered. Perhaps it is just my cat. He is a siberian blue so perhaps he grew bigger and finds the box too squeezed. Nevertheless, will attempt to retrain him again.

Overall acceptable. Just that the 2 kittens sometimes jumped onto the litter box and pulled off the thin piece of filter on the top to play. Did not keep the litter scoop inside as it could drop.

Bought the pink but went out of stock. Blue looks fine as well.
