Smells very fishy. At first they rejected it, but when they are hungry, they'll eat anything.

Order placed on 10th Aug and there was no delivery update status in the system. I had to call the hotline on 13 Aug to check on the delivery status and was told it will be delivered on 14 Aug morning. Waited the whole Sat and still no delivery. Called hotline on 16 Aug to follow up the delivery again. Was informed that it will be delivered today 16/8. As there is no more knibbles for my furries since last Sat, I was worried that it will not deliver again. I have to called 3 times to follow up the delivery timing but was only told it will be delivered today. It is already 2334hr and still not delivered. CS, PLEASE DO NOT GIVE EMPTY PROMISES TO YOUR CUSTOMER. It is a 0 star rating.

The price ia reasonable good qualities and importantly no added Sweet potatoes is truely grain free.

My pets loved it, seems good and after checking the ingredients list it seems to have the proper amount of mix of stuff inside. There is the most impt which is omega 3 for the maintainence of the brain, heart and eyes and also the support for my pets.

First time trying this cos usually he is on whitefish.. Doggy seems to like it ... good
