It is unethical as a business to promote fake offers. I made the purchase and the free gifts didn’t come. Reached out to customer service and was told the offer was promoted “by mistake” and refused to honor the offer. Eventually customer service agreed to a refund upon receiving the products, but the pick up never come even after multiple follow ups. My order no. PU504051.
