I am frequent purchaser of treats for my Doggy. This is one of my worse purchase. Firstly, I bought 6 packets to try as it was on promotion. To me dismay, the goods arrived with 5 packets with 1 month expiry date, to make matters worse, I realized the 5 packets, the colored had changed to "black" instead of the usual "reddish". I quickly report to Perromart. The agent was very kind and helpful, they help to raise it to the supplier. To my shock, the supplier claims that it is normal to be black color as it is different batch. I did a comparison with the only packet that has expiry date more then 1 year, open all up, the 5 packets that are "blackened" has a strong "rotten egg" smell. I report to Perromart again, the agent very professional, decided to replace another 5 packets with 1 year expiry date. Very happy with their recovery service, nevertheless, to my another shock, when I open up the new packets and feed my dog, within 5 minutes, the treats turn black again and starts to smell again like "rotten eggs". This goes the same for rest of packets. Personally, I think this product has issues. Would advise not to buy. But, the choice and decision is yours. Regards
