Charcoal is supposed to absorb the smell, but it makes the color of the pad too dark to see if the dog has pee on the pad or not. Plus, I still smell the pee, not sure if the charcoal is working. will go with the non-charcoal version next time.

The pee passes through the sheet due to a permeable material. It defeats the whole purpose of the product! Made 2 attempts of using this product (experienced leakage on both tries). It is simply not worthy to continue using it. What am I supposed to do with the whole package left (98 sheets)??? Very disappointed!
