Wish I could buy more to take advantage of the savings but have no space to store 10 bags! Have tried other brands but still come back to this. It holds more pee and controls odour more effectively.

I would like to submit my disappointment and frustration on how the service was conducted. Firstly, I made an order on 20aug, order PM213428 cost $200.00SGD. The money was deducted yet product is not delivered. And now the order is yet to deliver hence my stocks is running out, I have to get them from the pet shop myself. I believed I made the orders advanced for me to stock up my essential needs. I’ve made a second order PM216992 on 27aug and it’s been canceled without reason but not yet refunded. I wish to feedback on how bad the service was as I needed it urgently but no further clarification was given.

delivery was delayed, came around 2 weeks later product seems in good quality, worth for value, good absorbant. The additional sticker to stabilize on floor seems not very useful as my dog can still peel it away

absorb and control smell

Have tried many brands and types of Pee pads material since I adopted my two kiddos . Finally settled on this and been using it ever since for 2 years plus now . It’s very absorbent , does not spill out even with heavy flows of my 2 biggish medium dogs . I also use it as a floor mat for Humans .
