Order Status

To check the order status
  • go to My Accounts > My Orders or
  • go to perromart Live Chat > Order Status or
  • go to Track your order
Here is what you will see:
  • Ordered - This means we received your order and we are processing (picking and packing) your order.
  • Ready to ship - This means your order is packed and still at perromart warehouse.
  • Out for delivery - This means your order has left perromart warehouse for shipment.
  • Delivered - Your order has arrived!

To cancel or change the order
  • go to perromart message widget > Order Amendment/Cancelation
For urgent requests, please contact perromart customer care via live chat, email, or hotline. Orders cannot be canceled/amended once it is on packed status.

Order will be delivered within 3-7 business days after your order has been placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).


The minimum spending for free delivery is $25 net after discount. $10 Shipping Fee for orders under $25.

No, if you are not home, the driver will leave your order at the door or at the riser. If you have delivery requests please indicate them on the delivery note.

Change of address are only allowed if the items are not yet on the "Ready to Ship" status. You can track your order here/n/nDrivers will follow the address keyed in the order and perromart will not be liable for any missing / not received orders due to wrong addresses keyed in. Please double check your address before clicking checkout./n/nFailed deliveries due to no unit addresses will be subject to a $10 redelivery fee.
