No, the wallet balance is only issued by Perromart through refunds, promotions, or special campaigns.
No, wallet credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
No, wallet credits cannot be converted to cash or refunded to a bank account.
If you paid using your Perromart Wallet, the refund amount will be credited back to your wallet.
If you want to change your wallet PIN, follow these steps:
- Go to the Wallet section in your Perromart account.
- Click on "Change PIN".
- Enter your current PIN for verification.
- Enter your new PIN and confirm the change.
Your new PIN will be updated immediately for future transactions.
If you forgot your PIN, follow the forgot PIN steps instead.
If you forget your PIN, follow these steps to reset it:
- Go to the Wallet section in your Perromart account.
- Click on "Change PIN".
- Click on "Forgot Pin" on the popup
- Set a new PIN,verify OTP code sent to your mobile and confirm the change.
